Fuel, driver, tolls, parking and the driver's stay are in every rate below. Extra kilometres are the only variable, and they are printed here too.

What the price includes
- Fuel, tolls, parking and state entry fees within Kerala
- Driver's wages, food and accommodation
- The kilometres stated for the vehicle or route
- A second driver on coach journeys over twelve hours
- Roof carriers on Travellers where the group needs one
What is not included
- Kilometres beyond the stated allowance, at the printed rate
- Interstate permits and taxes, quoted upfront
- Entry tickets, boat tickets and guide fees
- Hotels and houseboats
Peak season and advance
Dates between 20 December and 5 January, and the Onam and Easter weeks, may carry a surcharge. It is always shown in the quote before you pay anything.
A 10% advance confirms a car; 25% confirms a Traveller or coach. The balance is due on the day.

We own every vehicle, employ every driver, and insure and service the fleet ourselves. The quote includes what other operators add at the end: driver bata, parking, tolls, night charges.
If a quote elsewhere looks much lower, ask what it excludes.
Questions about pricing
Do you charge extra at night?
No. The fare is the same at any hour of the day or night.
Is GST included?
Our quotes are inclusive. A GST invoice is issued on request, and monthly for corporate accounts.
How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer, card or cash. A small advance confirms the booking and the balance is paid on the day.
What if we travel further than planned?
Extra kilometres are charged at the rate printed on the vehicle page, and we tell you the running total rather than presenting it at the end.
